can you please scan your dyno chart, and post it? i would like to see your curve..
When you post dyno, both the hp and tq should be measure at the same RPM..
you cant just say, best hp, and best tq.
Just to correct everyone, i never said you cant get any gain, i said, it wasnt worth it..
Just some/most people here are bolt on galore..
Learn real modifications.

1- why can't you say best hp and best tq? Isn't that what you quote when you run your car on the dyno?
Ex: I just dynoed my car and I'm putting down 196hp/ 190tq
I don't think Toyomoto will tell you that their turbo kit only produces 17 hp at 2300rpm. They're going to tell you the best numbers they have.
2- You're right- you never did say there wouldn't be any gains, but you did say it wasn't worth it for 2-3 hp. Well, it looks like we got a bit more than that.
3- How is this mod not worth it. Did he not show that the money per hp is actually lower than that of a turbo kit? For people with not much money, this would be an excellent, cost-effective mod.
4- "Learn some real modifications".....Where are yours? I don't see a turbo kit listed on your signature. I can't recall the last time you contributed by doing a writeup on a mod that you did to help others.
5- Once, just once I want to see you come into a thread and congratulate somebody for a job well done and for putting their hard work and money into a mod.

NRG, there is an old saying, if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all...We all share a common interest, there is no need for harsh comments...People here at the CL are respectable and professional people that just love their cars...You have be a fool to not have met some of them, they are just great overall people...I know many members in this forum and they have treated me with much respect and honestly as I have treated them...Try not to be so negative, we are all brothers here...
As far as Dennis's dyno numbers, I have seen them in person myself today...They are fully legit and there is no reason to doubt those numbers he's putting to the wheels...Great job Dennis!

4. my mofications are stock, i dont beleave on making my car any faster then it is. Because i know that trying to put all the money into my car isnt worth it. its a freekin boat.. I rather build up a lighter car, because its cheaper to make it fast. 180whp on a car that weights 1800lb = 11sec all day.
Why would i need to make a writeup on this forum? This is just an internet, i dont know you, you dont know me.. Why would i care about making a writeup for you to read?
Do i need to be like everyone on here, and make a write up on how to take apart stuff on the car?
Clear out my rear lights/sidemarkers (which i actually think is useless)
Show me proof on a worthy writeup on this forum.

I hate when people try to down talk the SC400 by calling it a boat! That really steams me up. I dont even know why you own a SC400?? You a real loser that belongs in another forum, but you definitely dont deserve to own a Lexus. Man! Anyway forget about the loser and thats great work VSsc400.
