This has happened to me a few times and I see it's happening to others. I am on a Windows PC using Chrome. I will be reading a thread and want to reply to it. I go to the section shown in my screen shot (attached) and then somehow the reply ends up being to a completely different thread. It's like indices are crosslinked. It doesn't happen all the time, but it's happened at least 5 times to me. I just saw a post from somebody else in the thread in my screenshot and thought I should report this.
When I see it occur it’s often from folks accidentally clicking on the related threads near the bottom of the post
I thought that might be the case, but it's happened even when I scrolled up to verify I am in the right thread. I'm new here, but been on many forums in the past that use the same software and have not ever had that issue before.

As Dave said, this problem occurs for members who scroll down and don't see the "Related Threads" page break notice and continue down to another thread and then they Reply to that "Related Threads" thread. You must scroll up and then Reply once you're viewing the original topic.
Although Club Lexus operates on vBulletin, a very popular (commercial) software that is also used on many other sites similar to Club Lexus, the site is modified and also has features specific to Club Lexus and other sites within the network that are slo under the parent company Internet Brands. Therefore, it cannot be accurately compared to another site that's not within the network.
