This is the only site that does it for me too, but also only when viewed on my mobile.
Maybe it's some sort of adsense thing they get, who knows, but regardless it is a tad annoying.

That quick question pop up was making it very difficult to impossible to use the site on a tablet a few times and when I was in safe mode on a older computer.
For the other pop ups I would try running a scan with multiple anti virus/anti spyware/malware scanners, Malware Bytes, Super Anti Spyware are very good. CCleaner is good. Avast is a good free one and make sure when you clear your cookies on your browser it is set to clear everything, sometimes a check will disappear and it will not clear everything.

Merged into thread where this is being discussed.
Not a virus, it’s a spammy sleazy secondary advertiser that our tech folks are working hard to block
if on an iPad with safari, I advise you install from the App Store the free Adblock Plus app.... I use it on my iPad and never see these things

I've been seeing these two as well quite often on the mobile site.
Do you have any suggestions for Android users?

Look for some similar Adblock tool. I don’t own any android so can’t say this is the exact right product or that it’ll work similarly but worth a shot,

I just purchased an ad blocker via the App Store. It is called 1blocker and it cost $4.99. Not sure how it will work, but so far those annoying pop ups are gone. My annual security subscription for my laptop is $70 or something like that. If $4.99 will stop this BS then it is money well spent. Will update this thread in a week or so and let you know if 1bloker is still working or if a waste.

Thanks Jason and Dave: +1 can't seem to access a CL page tonight from my android mobile without getting pop ups and spam warnings tonight. Other sites seem to be ok.
PM me if you need a tester tomorrow!
