I should be able to post my option about a bad experience I had at County Line Lexus. For DaveGS4 to erase my post makes me wonder who really runs this Forum. DaveGS4 does not know me and did not hear my phone conversation. To say I have a bad temper is just not right. Properly he will want to ban me now for just speaking the truth or move this to some place that know one will ever see this. They call this "The Lexus Owners Club" What a bad joke. Here is a reply he made to one of my postings.

We've had the discussion about your issue with Lexus service in detail here on CL previously. You subjected someone innocent to your bad temper and language and it is their perrogative not to deal with you any longer. I would have made the same decision Lexus did if she were one of my employees.

I deleted your post, we will not discuss that issue on CL here again. Please do not re-post it.

You discussed your problems with Lexus service in great detail in at least one prior post (here ). It is neither professional nor fair for you to continue to blame Lexus for your poor manners in a public forum such as this.

LOL no I do not work for Lexus (I am in the technology consulting business and only a volunteer here on CL), but I do respect the business decision they made to ban you from their dealer. I would have done the same thing had you disrespected several of my employees because you "had a bad day" or a string of bad luck. That is no excuse for you attacking an innocent receptionist.

I removed your post because we've gone over it in detail and members complained about the post the last time. I private messaged you (note the word private) to let you know I had removed the post. We don't need to go down the path of members arguing with you over whether you were right or wrong again. It's not a constructive conversation. Last time your thread had individual posts deleted because people cursed back at you. You had lengthy email discussion with Ethan, the owner of CL over your handling of the issue. We are NOT going there again.

If you want to continue this discussion in private - and I hope you can comprehend the meaning of the word private next time - send me a message and we'll carry on the conversation. Otherwise I'll consider this ended.

I sincerely hope you learn one day to be accountable for your own actions.

UPDATE: The user formerly known as CEOART rejoined as GS4Sucks and posted the following information. I just wanted everyone to see what a great guy he is and respond to his points, such as they are.

1) I am not a nasty guy, I am very civil and try to be considerate of everyone on ClubLexus, including you if you took the time to read your private messages and respond in kind. However, you continued to attack moderators in public and make rude statements (which were deleted) and you are no longer welcome here.

2) I do not delete posts without a valid reason and notifying users that posted them of the reason. Every now and then I slip up, but not often. When I move them there is a trail that shows users where I put it - in the correct forum location for the post.

3) I do not work for Lexus. I do not work for Lexus dealerships. Get it yet?

4) MY local dealer has done LOTS of warranty work on my modified GS. They have never given me a single issue with service and I have a great relationship with the folks there in service, sales, etc. If there is a problem with something, we work it out amicably. I talk to them without yelling and cursing like you do (hint hint).

I think if you had the ability to communicate without your anger getting in the way and possibly form a better relationship with your dealer (of course this isn't possible since you aren't allowed on the grounds of the dealer due to your temper) you probably could have this level of service too. Banned from the Lexus dealer, hmmm sounds like a trend for you.

ClubLexus is FINE with people raising issues about their Lexus dealer here. It's the specific manner in which YOU caused the issue with your dealer (yet still badmouth them) and the way you incited other members here that caused the problem with your post.
