"You do not have permission" error
I've created a temporary account dfc350a in order to be able to leave this message. My permanent username is dfc350.
Early last week the board began preventing me from posting a message. Here are the problems I've had:
1. I tried to respond to a thread in the 4RX forum, but when I clicked Post Quick Reply, it displayed, "The following errors occurred with your submission: You do not have permission to perform this action. Please refresh the page and login before trying again."
2. If I click Private Messages, I get:
During all this activity, "Welcome, dfc350" was displayed at the top right of the screen so the board apparently considered me logged in. Has my dfc350 account been disabled? Has anyone else reported a problem like this?
Thanks for your help. You can delete account dfc350a if the problem with dfc350 can be fixed.

You are not logged in or you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
1. You are not logged in. Fill in the form at the bottom of this page and try again.
2. You may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
3. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

First I've seen and your account looks normal.
Please try logging out of both accounts and delete the cache / cookies from your browser, then log back in to your primary account

OK, let me ask some of the tech folks how you'd sync those up.
If there isn't anyway I can merge the old and new accounts and leave the traditional login w/password.
Not sure if they're working tomorrow, so may be Tuesday

OK, spoke with the IB team - easiest solution is for me to do what I proposed above.
After you respond that you've read this message, I'll merge your accounts and rename the new one to your 'old' ID. It'll still have the account details and password that the new one you created does.
After it's done log in with old ID, but using new password from the 'a' account

Try it now on your chkk account and let us know.
