Default website problem

What's wrong with the website lately? The page doesn't seem to be center but instead indented to the right?

Is it a Target advertisement you see in on the screen when it happens?

Do you have an ad blocker or you just didn't see an advertisement?

Aside of the rendering issues above, the site has been less than speedy on several occasions and hangs for many seconds when performing maintenance operations that a moderator would do.

i dont have a pop up blocker on. i notice it happens more when the NAPA ad comes up on top next to the CL banner. since its a rollover ad it expands downwards when you try to click the "FORUM" tab it blocks it off.

heres a SS of what im talking about.

I still got the same problem. Doesn't matter what ad comes on. No pop-up problem. Just a large left indent.
