Any body got a number to contact them besides their fax? They seem to reply just as quick before you buy. Once the money is sent, waiting around for a while. E-mail them and get no responses what so ever? I'm about to send them a fax bomb of "WHERE'S MY STUFF!?" They're lucky they're not in Texas...
My thoughts are that the more you irritate Todd the more your order will be put last on the priority list. I'm not saying that's acceptable business practice, but after knowing Todd for 10+ years and reading threads complaining about his service in recent months, it appears the most impatient people and the ones who endlessly call, fax, e-mail him, appear to be the LAST ones to get their order, and in some cases not at all.
Again I'm not condoning his actions, I'm just calling it how I see it.

yeah. i wouldn't hassle the guy so much if he'd just answer as much of the status of my order after i've paid him just as fast as he answered all my questions before i sent him the money... I feel like a bookie, guy's all eager to collect when he's winning, then when he loses, he hides...
take your chance and order if you want. if he has them in stock he will ship them, if he doesnt he will get them in but the more you email/bother him the longer he makes you wait....
it took me 57 days and i only sent like 4 emails.....2 with ?'s before ordering and 2 after ordering with additional ?'s
i just went through all the same crap with them come to find out after weeks of no returned email, i got refund and was told they thought daizen was our of business…. does anyone know where i can get replacement bushings with out buying all new parts with the rubber bushings???????? i put new 20;s on and all of a sudden i have a shake at 55-60 was told need to replace the bushings… any advice have 2000 gs 300!!!!! thanks in advance. did all the rim stuff. ITS NOT THE RIMS OR BALANCE :-)

TM = Todd = The ONLY Daizen Distributor that Authorized Dealers can order from.
No other "Authorized" dealer can order parts from Daizen = TM = Todd
If Todd is barely selling directly to the public, it's fairly obvious why Sewell, Carson, Exact, Lexus Stevens Creek and all the other AUTHORIZED Daizen dealers cannot get the parts, because "Todd" does not respond to them either. This is why these dealers "Think" Daizen is out of business.
For all intents and purposes, Todd is Daizen. He is a one man show, fulfilling orders and answering what I'll guess is 10 times more e-mails for every set of bushings he ships. Unfortunately, Daizen is the ONLY game in town when it comes to upper A-arm and some other bushing replacements for the GS, which is why everyone is dealing with TM's customer service issues. If you don't like dealing with TM, then your other recourse is to buy OEM or aftermarket arms which will cost you A LOT more than these bushings.
Several people have talked about how another bushing supplier should market all the Daizen equivalent bushings, but at this point I haven't heard anything.

i usually don't post in this section, but i got a reply from TM (apparently it's just one dude?) saying they are definitely going to receive these bushings from Daizen. i asked when and got no response.
do people really run businesses like this? is TM engineering actually a business, or just a dude drop shipping parts out of his mom's house?

Then you have this post directly before tither's post which contradicts his experience, where mtofique clearly states he got his order that was placed recently.
