Did you really need to make a thread or could you have just contacted him the same way you have been and just exchanged the part?

Not making any excuses for Nigel (I've personally not ordered anything from him yet so I don't have any experience to share), but you really should PM and email him directly before starting a thread 'trying to get the situation handled quickly'. I'm sure there is a receipt in the box which might have additonal contact information or you could go to the same site you ordered from where he lists his email and AIM info http://nigel-jdmparts.com/contactus.html . And it is the weekend, some folks take that off.

Sorry it sounds like you got the wrong parts, but IMO you're taking the long path to trying to get it made right and not really being fair to Nigel to allow him to fix it before making a "Worng order wtfffff?" public complaint thread. I'm sure Nigel will take care of it as soon as he gets back to work.

Thank You Dave!! I appreciate it!

I just turn on my computer and read Dave's PM and come to this thread as soon as I read it.

I will exchange the Visor and I am sorry that I shipped you the wrong visor.

Human mistake and you dont have to worry at all.

Now you have my number, email, pm sent.

Since you are in SoCal, I will meet up with you and exchange the visor in person on Monday.

thank You

Nigel
