It's because a new member posted a thread with pics, email or links (which requires moderator approval for spam prevention). I approved it just after they posted, then it appears they edited it again after my approval.... must have put it in a weird state.

Well, it's beyond me. Regardless he reposted the exact same thread here https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls4...400-owner.html which shows as approved.

I deleted the other one.
