How do i get this into my sig?

^ how do i get that to show up like an image? it updates itself, and i got the link from someone on CL by right clicking and getting the link and then chaning the username to mine..
but i tried to use the IMG tags and it didnt work..
how do i get it to show up like other peoples?

You'll need to get a 10k badge first before images will work in signatures.
I've been a bit slow in updating them, will check later tonight or tomorrow morning to see about folks who have hit new thresholds and will update
