Default Anyone else have problems with Carson?

I spent 1500 bux almost 2 weeks ago thru luis to get supra brakes for my car as well as rotora rotors all the way around. Then I notices that the credit card transaction didnt even go thru till like 4 days later wtf !! I have called Luis and left 3 messages, PM'ed him and waited on hold for 15 minutes at a time with no luck.I have called Carson every day for the last 6 days straight and no luck !!!! WTF!!!

I have gotten no kinda email with trackin info or anything like that. Its impossible to get him on the phone and no one else seems to know their *** form a hole in the wall there.

This will be THE LAST TIME I order thru luis or carson , I dont care what kinda deals they got goin.

The effed part of it all is that I had problems gettin any kinda sevice thru luis before , I waited 3 weeks for prices on a bunch of parts and never even got a call or message back from luis, and then Steve the manager emailed me and said he was sorry , to give them another chance and they would"make it up to me" Well no one ever made up **** to me as ther prices I got from him after that were the exact same prices everyone else gets. And the service has been non-existant.

I have ordered tons of parts over the years from other sites/vendors for my cobras and never had one issue ever. So my advice to everyone would be to find some another vendor to get your parts from. Carson doesnt give a **** about you or your hard earned money.

I know Im not the only one that has had problems with Carson like this, anyone else have the ballz to post up or am I the only one ? Tryin to get parts and or service for this car has been like tryin to get blood from a rock. Sux when you have thousands burnin a hole in your pocket to get parts and you cant even get what you want. Total BS.

i have never had any problems with carson or luis.

I've bought several parts, etc. through Carson and never had any issues. The service was good and everything arrived when they said it would and was as described.

I totally feel you. I ordered a part and it took a week to get but that's becuase Luis Salazar got sick so I understood why it took awhile. Tomorrow I'm going to order another part from Carson Toyota, so I'm giving them another chance. Let's see how it goes tomorrow...

They sure aint gonna get another chance from me. Plus the discounts they offer arent any better then most other vendors. In fact they come out alot more expensive on many items such as the body kits, spoilers, Tein edfc, etc, the list goes on. I just got the supra brakes from them cuz I couldnt find anywhere else that knew what I was talkin bout when I said I wanted supra brakes for my gs. All my other parts have come from other vendors such as sewell. I gave them one shot and they screwed it up. And all I have been hearing since April is excuse after excuse for why their service blows. They always have an excuse. Excuses are for lazy ppl.

I agree some of their prices are high prior to discount but you to remember, they are a major auto dealer. The parts guys at JMLexus don't understand how they can seel at lower prices when they get parts from the same places. My reply was that JMLexus goal is to make more profit than Carson, plus Carson gets lots of parts elsewhere. They probably get most oem stuff from the same place but maybe their profit margin is smaller.

As for Carson customer service, I have never had a problem with them. Everything has been delivered as promised with no delays. If I can't reach one guy I ask for another. Everyone has been helpful....especially when you tell them you're from clublexus.

I have left luis 2 voice mails, both of which I confirmed went thru as well as 2 private ,messages on here , both of which he read and still no reply?I have also called several times and just gotten his machine so I stopped bothering with it finally. All this within the last 10 days or so. Theres absolutely no excuse for not gettin back to me whatsoever.

I know Im not the only one, alot of you are afraid to say anything on here but I have notcied several other posts with similar complaints. What kinda service is that ? Why is it so hard to get back to me ? I order thru mvp motorsports and Dusty gives me fantastic service, I order thru Elmhurst toyota and I get the same kinda service, I order thru boostlogic and tremendous service, etc.... In fact I have ordered a ton of parts thru a ton of places recently for my supra and had nothing but great service with the exception of Luis. Whats the deal ?

Wish I could say the same. This isnt the first time I havent been able to get ahold of him. I'm done tryin to contact him, he can get back to me if he cares about my busniess and his rep. And I said I wouldnt do business with him once before and Steve at carson asked me for another chance. And here I am once again. Some things just never change.

that's REALLY weird, i've never had a problem getting ahold of him via phone

you are calling when they're open right? PST and all? Luis normally leaves by 5ish i think?

Yes Im callin in the middle of the day way before even 5 my time and yes they are open when I call. I've never had good luck gettin anyone to answer at all, usually only the receptionist. And I have left 2 messages that I know went thru .

It takes posting a thread like this to get him to call. I had to post another thread like this about him maybe 4 months ago and then within minutes of me posting it , he just happen to find my number and call me that instant, how very convenient. I dont know how they do such good business with this kinda service, Im baffled.....

Guys I want to post this up again since it was brought up before.

Thanks to Club Lexus, I have to say we are busy pretty much from the moment we come in at 7 until we leave. I have to go through about 40-50 pms per day along with all the calls and walk-ins. Now these are not just simple pms, but involved in that we have to do some price searching, eta quotes, shipping and so on. I had 2 customers alone yesterday that took about 45 min each to go over all their needs over the phone alone. Now as much as I wish I could answer every single pm and phone call I receive in a day, its not possible. Messages I have cleared off in the last 2 days, and I currently have 8 messages to respond to today as soon as Im done with the pm's and the email. Thats why there are 2 other people to contact that can help. Now if you really need to talk to me and only me, then you can use the other contacts to relay messages as well.

First is me, you can reach me via phone, pm, and email.

so in other words, you're too busy for customers. And you say you have customers to get back to etc..but what about me whos been leavin u messages for like 2 weeks almost ? Your still gettin back to ppl from over 2 weeks ago ? Somehow I doubt that seriously. And this has happened to me before and countless others. All I had was a simple request , and I explained exactly what I needed in detail. I dont understand what the problem is. Either way its lame to make excuses. Address the problem instead of sayin what you posted. Thats about the most mindless thing a vendor could come out and say.

How about this then, PM me your phone number so I can call you directly. I will drop anything else I'm doing until I take care of exactly what you need. Untill I answer all questions, and send out all request for you and get all the answers back that you are asking about.

Also I am not saying that I don't have time for my customers, just that sometimes there are so many things going on at once that it's hard to personally get back to everyone. Thats why I listed 2 other employess and their contact info. Im not the only person who works here, we have to other employees to help handle the workload that 1 person cannot do. So you can actually call Cesar and Gordon and have the same question answered that you want to ask me about.

I agree that the service was great for me also! They do buy parts and sell them or distribute non Lexus items and that is what most CL members probably are purchasing from them. I know all my local Lexus dealers dont sell any of these aftermarket parts and I am sure that most probably dont stock and of the F-Sport items.
