Just as an FYI..."Ground" is not a guaranteed service. In the future I might suggest if you need something by a certain date that you request and pay extra for a guaranteed service (overnight, 2-day). Then if this type thing happens the money would be refunded for the shipping if you didn't get it.

update: this issue is resolved, and i would like to kindly ask the admins to lock this thread up.
also, thanks to sewell lexus for their help in resolving this issue. as per my previous stance, i would not hesitate to recommend them as a clublexus vendor. their products are not only aggressively priced, but their customer service is awesome. +1 for sewell.
now... lock it up!
