Default Add Specific Forum to RSS Feed

If you use Firefox, IE7, or some other program that supports RSS feeds and you want to add a feed to a specific forum, do the following:

Append the ForumID to the end of the link.
external.php?type=RSS2&forumids=12

As an example, if you want an RSS feed directly to the RX330/350 forum, add the following link:

Code:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/external.php?type=RSS2&forumids=164
You can obtain the ForumID by simply hovering your mouse above the forum home page.

Thanks for your post, but we won't be examining this feature until we have the new server in place and have some of the upgrade issues addressed.

I couldn't find a thread after this one, in time, talking about enabling RSS.

Is there any chance this might get turned on (or is it already turned on and i'm missing it)?

The correct format is
Code:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/external.php?type=RSS2&forumids=164
and you simply need to replace the '164' with the forum id that you would like to follow.

So IS 3rd Gen would be '249' based on the id at the end of the forum link below:

Actually, this doesn't really work.. it returns a legal RSS XML feed - yes. But now after having been subscribed to the NoCal forum with the URL https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ext...2&forumids=138 -- there is a lot of new activity, but the RSS feed only includes one new item.

It appears that the RSS feed is only useful for listing new threads, and not activity in existing threads... is this the case?

Is there a way to improve this?

Thanks.

Resurrecting this thread from the dead and intersted in seeing more than a few of the most recent threads in my RSS reader. Is this possible?
