Since the new site upgrades I have not been able to upload pictures to the gallery. It goes throught the process but the final step goes blank and nothing is uploaded. Anybody help me on this?

 

How large are your pictures and how many are you trying to load at a time? If you have a picture that is 3MB or larger in size, it's best to downsize the photo before you upload. And try to limit your uploads to 3 photos at a time. If you try to do all 5, it usually will give you the symptom you have described. Let us know your result.

 

I too, am having this same problem. I also thought it may have been the file size, but I reduced the pictures to under 200kb and it still will not work. Could it possibly have to do with my browser (Netscape 7.2) or computer (Powerbook G4)?

 

Each photo I am trying to load is approximately 1.5MB. I will try and do one at a time and see what happens. If not, I guess I will have to downsize them. I will post up what I find out.

 

It shouldn't be a browser issue. You may want to try IE or Mozilla if you have it loaded in your system just to see if there are any changes. Out of curiosity, how many photos are you loading at one time?

 

I had the same problem last night...had to downsize the file size below 1 MB.

 

Well, I downsized my photos to about 200k and I was able to download one at a time. I tried two and it would not work. I wonder if I am the only having this problem .

 

I have been trying to to load only photo at a time, but it still does not work. I also tried using Mozilla and Safari, both unsuccessfully. Additionally, my BF has been trying as well on his computer (a PC), but having the same problem. What's going on?

I cannot reproduce the error on my browser. Tried firefox, Internet explorer, and opera

 

i'm having no luck either... i see others adding to the gallery... where are we going wrong? and my stuff is less than 1mb.

 

This is a long shot but worth a try, Try logging off of the forums. clear your cookies and try to reaccess.

 

no luck... i'm cookie-free and it's still giving me the blank download completed screen

 

has anyone here had any luck? i've dropped down to under 200k and it still gives me a blank screen... even pics that i had successfully downloaded before the upgrade no longer work when i tried them again

i just borrowed a camera phone and took a low res crappy pic... and it finally uploaded. but the quality is so poor
