Angry Problems With Luxury Mod

I bought some window visors fromhttp://www.luxurymods.com back on 3-31-06. I received the 2nd gen GS visors. I emailed.http://www.luxurymods.com said
"We'll send you a return label for those and get the other ones out to you by the end of the month. Thank you. Team http://www.luxurymods.com
I emailed them like 3 times in April asking where my visors were? They finally responded an said "They didnt have them! They have a mess up with shipping" I emailed them back asking for my money back. I even got an email from Leo as well
"We' re very sorry for the long wait. I know how it feels to wait for an order for a longtime. But when you're oirdering special items, that tends to happen from time to time. In this particular case, we did receive a shipment in several weeks ago but had to send it back because it was for the wrong application. That backed us up for another month. The visors are not here yet so we'll go ahead and issue you a refund. Sorry for inconvenience of the delay." I waited for my refund for like almost 2 weeks! nothing no return label 2nd GS visors no REFUND!!! So I email Leo again an asked him where my refund was he said this
"I apologize for the delay. Illl have accounting refund that to you immediately." An i still have not gotten my refund yet LOL!!! I am not dealing withhttp://www.luxurymods.com ever again! So it looks like Im screw out of $170 I have already bought some new ones my friend had a source an got them for me.

If you want to make your money back, why dont you just sell the 2nd Gen visors?

Thats a rediculous statement! Please explain why he should have to put any effort into selling something that he didnt order. Also, when is the last time you bought a new part, then sold it for what you paid for it?

Woo, simmer donna. It was joke. I realize he got screwed over here, but I mean, if they never refund him or sent him the return thing, then why not just sell them? Im sure he still has the box they came in so all he would have to do is put an ad in the classified section and then walk them over to the post office.
It was a joke, but I mean, I feel for him.

Luxurymods is not currently a vendor on CL... they haven't been one since I think the beginning of this year.

They have not been a vendor since their contract expired in January.

I would like to clear this up. First of all, when we realized that you received the wrong application, a return label was sent to you IMMEDIATELY. Secondly, i've been in contact with you since the first email you sent us. Lastly, check your account, the funds have already been refunded. It's one thing to not like our service, but another thing to falsely accuse us of fraud. We've done business with dozens of people in CL and i'm sure there's more than just a few that would vouch for us.

Actually I haven't been too happy with your guys service either. You guys are very delayed on responses to customers's emails. I am not going to state what happened in my case. But I would suggest you guys consider the way you have been running your business and start to make some changes. My past experience now makes me never want to buy anything from you guys again.

Guys,

This isn't really an appropriate place for vendor complaints. We didn't have any big issues with LM when they were vendors on our forum, but everyone (including the best of the best) drops the ball once in a while.... It's how they pick the ball back up and get it in play that makes the vendor someone you want to work with again and again.

Now that you've established an avenue to contact LM, please continue your resolution with them via PM. I'm hopeful you will all come to an agreement and iron out any disputes.

We're going to (future enhancement) put up a vendor and dealer feedback area so stuff like this - along with all the positive feedback too - can be recorded.
