The private messaging thing is not functioning properly. It does not notify me when new messages arrive.

 

you probo0bly have that option turned off in you options section, its under profile, then edit options, then the 8th radio button option is to pop up a box when you get a new PM, check yes then click save settings

 

The box was checked......weird...

 

same here.
