Yesterday I traded my 2021 ES 300H for a 2025 ES350 F sport handling. I went to edit my details to update the flair but when selecting ES350 the most recent year I am able to choose is 2020. I tried using two different browsers on my device and switched the orientation of my screen just to make sure nothing was cut off, but in no situation was I able to choose a year newer than 2020. Has anyone else experienced this?

 

I had the same issue with the year selector. It is the same as of this post.
Also, the trim level is only offering "base".

 

@IB JT can you update please? Not sure where this setting is

Try ES350 rather than ES 350.

 

There's only one ES350 in the list, which is how the problem is replicated.

We're aware of the issue but it is not a quick fix in the settings because it's a shared database.
