After maintenance service lost navigation and auto door lock
after routine maintenance service lost navigation, doors will not look auto mode when car is off, windshield wipers does not work in auto mode, unable to adjust rear view windows, airbag light is in off mode, clock and air conditioner revert to default mode. Radio/CD works, Bluetooth works, auto doors lock when car is on. During maintenance bought 4 new tires, wheel alignment. Once above problems noted, alternator determined to be okay, bought new battery, also radiator changed after problem started. Any ideas. Took to Toyota who performed maintenance and they could not identify problem

They obviously did something that they shouldn't have. Get them to agree to pay the service bill at the Lexus dealer.
