That will be tough considering the car doesn't have a cigarette lighter. (sorry...I couldn't help myself lol)
Assuming you mean the 12V power outlet...the it will be the P/Outlet No.1 on the inside fuse panel.

Third one down on the right of the white cover. According to your pictures. On the fuse panel under the dash. I blew that one too on my car.

Just curious. What did you have plugged in when it blew?
I have avoided plugging in Car Vac or Tire Pump as they tend to blow fuses.

i plugged in an old tire air compressor that I had. Found out that the wires shorted, which caused the blown fuse

Power inverter with a 360 watt heat gun.

Yep...that would do it.
Likely the Inverter is rated for 400+ watts, but that's only if it's hardwired to the battery.
Plugging it into the 12V outlet usually drops the watt rating to about 100.

What’s a good mini fuse puller tool to get those small fuses out? The one that came with littelfuse kit is too big and my long nose pliers won’t work. Don’t want to clip the plastic on the fuse any further.

Without checking my IS, i believe that there should be a removal tool in one of the underhood fuse blocks.
