Default 2jz upgrades

Hi, this is my first post on this forum, and I am a proud 1993 sc300 owner. I've had this car for a while, and I have started to upgrade it, first brakes, coil overs, a body kit, and a 6 speed manual (TH400 6-speed with a shift kit). I am looking to put around 600+whp into the car via a twin turbo system (I do have experience with tuning mopars) but I am not too familiar with the 2jz GE. I was wondering what parts do I need to upgrade (im assuming gaskets, cylinder heads and crankshafts) and what the best manufactures for 2jz upgrades are. I mainly work on big, supercharged v8's (mostly mopars) and want to know what I should do differently for smaller displacement, jdm engines. Thanks for the help!

OP - welcome to the forum . I would suggest go through the following thread ...

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc-...tart-here.html

You will see a lot of links of threads that will give you a lot of ideas how to go about with your endeavor . Go through the build threads too of people doing 2jzgte swaps or plain NA-T upgrades.

Good Luck !

Guys, the OP may be referencing the 6L80E Transmission. Which is just like a turbo 400 in strength but with 6 gears.
Again MAYBE. Just throwing it out there.
