While I understand going to bigger wheels & tires to close the wheel well gap and improve handling, I do not like the lowered look......makes a $60K car look rice too me.

As someone who spent their college years dropping cars for that weekend beer money, I never understood slamming cars to the ground. But I do like modest drops, the kind you get from automakers that offer performance packages, i.e. BMW's M-Sport or Acura's A-SPEC.

I agree about the slammed look, I'm too old for that now lol. A modest drop is great though for the 4x4 height of the GS. I plan on a slight drop here before Summer hits!

Hmm just curious, does any body have a stock height GS with bigger wheels (20 inch)? How does it look?

Can you post a pic of your 19" wheels at the current height before the drop?

It is at the stock height currently. Planning on a subtle drop. Here you go!

Ah I see.. I agree that a subtle drop will probably go a long way.

Curious to know if any one with the drop care to comment on how the ride improved or not. Everyone has different opinions about how the car should look and all that, but some other people (myself included) are looking to see if the ride improved or if it got rough and regret getting it dropped.

Thank you,

Jon.

Nice drop and great wheel choice! Weds/Kranze Graben? Can I ask what are the specs- Wheel Size/Width/Offset and Tire Size?
