I just upgraded to a Vaistech ipod integration kit so I have my previous one for sale.

It's the iSimple iPod Integration Kit (PAC ISTY571). This works with all 2006+ IS x50 models, and all 2008+ ISF's for sure. Tons of other Lexus/Toyota models like the LS/GS too but please do your own research first. Compatibility list (here).

I have an ISF with the Mark Levinson/Nav setup so I can only comment on that. But these are designed to basically work with whatever headunit you have. Please note that this does work as needed but is the most entry-level iPod kit available that still retains steering wheel controls. So for the price it's great.

Comes with unit, cable to iPod, and cable to headunit (everything you need...the manual is available online). I don't have some of those extra add-on cables shown on the site link I posted above (those are extras). This is what I have:
