well i get in trouble all the time for my fujita because it doesn't have the sticker on it or whatever, but since f-sport is from the dealer i heard you can't really get into any trouble ( fix it ticket ) just want to know if its the same deal with the joeZ

Technically you could get a state ref for having this intake on your car as its not CARB certified. But you may be able to get away with it as it looks pretty much stock and it keeps the OEM airbox. The silver color does give it away though. Perhaps if it was all black a officer wouldn't notice.
