^^^ No, it would probably look pretty cool.
I have a CF roof spoiler and a black roof and it looks good (then again, the whole car is black). It would match well with the rest of your Seibon parts.

I got black roof too, is it possiable that you could post picture of your black roof with CF roof spoiler.
also, how much is it to have it shipped to Vancouver canada?
