so it's just a direct swap? Looks like the ECT button is different than the old style and on the other side.

There's some modifications that need to be done. Just look for the wiring diagram in the SC3/400 section and follow that. Shouldn't take more than a day to do this mod.

i got just the shifter for that amount, any chance you would sell just the trim bezel? let me know if you cant sell it as a package and ill be happy to take that piece off your hands
