How much for the following. Shipping to 98037
1) the two front door panels bare, no switches. (if the drivers panel is in ok shape)
2) there is a wierd shock absorber on the parking brake pedal that im in need of.
3) also just the pull handle cable for the parking brake.
Im sure ill add to the list.

Do you have the centre woodgrain shifter piece? Don't know how else to explain it better then that.
