I welcome the return of the street truck. First I heard about the Maverick ST, then the TRX Street. Maybe Chevy will do the Silverado RST properly now.

If, by "Properly", you mean reducing the hood-line, I agree with you. Recent GM full-size pickups have had (IMO) ridiculously high hoodlines that only NBA players can see over LOL.

Though I don't disagree about the hoodlines, that's not what I meant at all. RST is supposed to mean "Rally Street Truck", but its only real relevance to that title was that it enabled the buyer to option the 6.2L. Initially it was the only way, but then the High Country was added with that option as well.
I'd like to see it as a proper street truck, with a lowered suspension and fat sticky tires.
