I recently purchased oem cross bars for my 2015 GX460. I could use some guidance on how the “J” hook on the front bar gets attached. I understand how the right side works but am struggling with the left side.
live watched videos, unfortunately they were non-oem cross bars, but the person was loosening the screws to remove the “J” hook to get it properly placed under the rail.
The oem directions make no mention of taking the piece apart in order for it to be seated properly.
Any advice would be appreciated. Ty

 

It's been so long since I've used them last couple of years I'm not sure. IIRC.. there is a front and back bar. Are you certain rear bar isn't being attached to front?
