Default Front Differential Problems

Hey everyone, first post here, hoping I can find a little bit of help.

STORY: I recently came into ownership of a 2016 IS300 AWD, 103k miles. Exactly one week after leaving the dealership, my front differential grenaded and had to be replaced. Lexus quoted me 6k for it, the dealership I bought it from said 2k. So I went with the option I could afford. I picked the car up about a week and a half later (waiting on part), and thankfully I had to get gas because I looked under my car and what do I see? My front diff absolutely *covered* in wet oil. I drove straight back to the dealership, they gave me a loaner, and sent me on my way. Fast forward to last Saturday, I drive back down there to pick it up *again*-they claimed they replaced the seal around the transfer case along with the oil pan/seal. Great. I inspected it before leaving and after driving around for a while, saw no leaks, no oil on the diff. Still anxious, I drove 2 hours back home, no problems.

Then, yesterday happens. I'm leaving the gym and checked underneath my car (as I have been doing since getting my car back) and see a small amount of fresh oil on the ground, and a small amount of oil on the differential (pic 1). Drove it home, cleaned it off, checked again after a short (~10 minute) drive (pic 2) and have been watching it meticulously ever since. It has looked like the second picture the last two times I've checked it. While I haven't seen it completely covered, it *is* seeping every time I check it.

TLDR; Front Diff continues to seep oil after shop working on it twice. Is there any where I can *look* to possibly trace the leak down? Or just any general advice? I've never had an AWD vehicle and don't know anything about diffs. I'm about to be a father and it stresses me out immensely to have a vehicle that I can't depend on and has already cost me a couple of thousand of dollars to drive for a week and a half.
