I bought a used RX350 and took it to my local Lexus dealership for inspection. They noticed slight grease on the right axle and mentioned the drive belt was ready to be replaced due to age, but said there was nothing urgent.
I don’t know much about cars, but I did found this droplet of oil (pictured) when I looked under the engine. They didn’t mention anything about leaking oil. I don’t know if everything else I’m looking at is dirt or oil.
Is this normal or cause for concern? This car is still in a return window, but we’ve already spent a bit of time with it and really enjoy it.

Oil/grease leaks are abnormal, but should be expected as the vehicle ages. At times it is better to live with a minimal leak [and take remedial top up] vs fixing [really is a cost and upkeep] issue.
Since you will be dependent on some one else to repair:
I would suggest go back to the place who made the leak determination to confirm the spot [what you found] and ask them for an estimate for repairs. Discuss worst case scenario and how you can mitigate [just an option to weigh]. Then make your call.

PS: Some folks are very particular about geese/oil drops in the garage. You can put a cardboard and that will be reminder for you to keep up with the needed upkeep.
