I replaced the wipers on our 24 RX today. I used TRICO OEM replacement blades (26" driver and 18" passenger) since they've worked well for me for many years now. The installation was simple and took no more than a few minutes for both front blades. Place blades in service position - Press POWER once, twice and three times (no need to step on brake) and then press the wiper stalk UP for two seconds or so and watch the blades move into service position. From there, the OEM blades have a small tab which you can lift up with your finger or place a key tip in there if it's stubborn - pull the blade DOWN to release it from the J hook arm. Careful not to let the arm back down onto the glass at that point. From there, the beauty of the TRICO blade is it hooks right onto the arm right out of the package - you can discard the adapters it comes with as they're not needed in this application. Save a few $$ from having the Stealer do it
You can also put them into service position by holding the stalk up after shutting the vehicles off. For the rear you have to shut it off while the wiper is in mid sweep.

I haven't touched the rear wiper on either RX we've owned but yes on the service position approach.
I like Bosch also. But, at my age I buy them at Autozone and sit in the drivers seat while they put them on and yes, looks like they go on quite easily 😱😇
We bought Lexus refills when we bought the RX, just to make ours last longer. So far, so good (3 years).
Another thing that has prolonged the life of our blades has been to leave the wiper stalk on OFF until it actually starts raining! I found that the automatic function was a bit too sensitive, resulting in smearing the dirt when a sprinkle occurs.
