Default Electrical gremlin

I have a 2009 es 350 that has been a fantastic reliable vehicle. It has become an extra car since my son moved out and it went from a daily driver to maybe a weekly. We had some really heavy rains and I did not know that a sunroof drain was clogged so when I opened the car I found the at water had come down the passenger pillar and the carpet floor was pretty soaked.
I went to start the car and when I pushed the button it would start then immediately die.
The second attempt to start would be met with cranking only.
i read about leaks could cause problems with the computer so i put a dehumidifier and fan in the car over night.
Next day i went to start and the push button did nothing at all. I disconnected battery several times, touched cables together hoping to reset ECU and still had same results. I checked all fuses including th link bar still no luck.
i changed the battery in the key fob. Nada.
The fob works to online/lock doors. I made the mistake of holding down button so all windows roll down including sunroof. Now windows cannot be rolled back up.
i have power to the seat and door locks and interior lights, nothing else. No radio, climate control, dash gauges, ignition button, trunk, sunroof, windows. From web research it sounds like a bad immobilizer and possible ECU. My plan was to tow to mechanic on Monday but now with the windows inoperable I have to make sure they have inside space since it rains every day here.
sorry for the long post. Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Check the computers above the passenger feet. They may be wet. Also, remove the pass. carpet, you may have water there.

If you have a code reader (or friend with one) check for trouble codes which might give you a clue on where to start looking.

Default No power at push start

I pulled the carpet and padding up on the passenger floor side. It was very wet.
i made the mistake of pressing buttons on the key fob and held the button down so all the windows and sunroof opened.
it rains here everyday. I have a car cover on it and placed cardboard on top of the sunroof so it won’t cave in.
Since it won’t go to accessory mode on the ignition a code reader won’t work.
I have bees ruining a fan and a dryer in the car for the last few days.
