On Thursday evening, my wife and I went out to run a couple of errands. When we returned to the 2010 RX 350 and sat down in the front seats, I pressed the Start button and..... all four windows went down, the moonroof completely opened AND the vehicle didn't start. For the next minute or so, pressing the Start button did absolutely nothing as the vehicle seemed completely dead. Suddenly, a couple of dash lights came on and the Start button worked. I then raised the windows, closed the moonroof and headed on our way.
Next, we decided to make one more stop on the way home. When we returned to the vehicle and got inside, all the windows lowered and the moonroof opened once again. This time, I hadn't even pressed the Start button yet. However, I was able to immediately start the vehicle, close the windows and moonroof and drive home.
On Friday everything worked normally.
I know that I can cause everything to open with the keyfob but it was in my pocket the entire time and was never pressed.
If it does it again, I guess that I'll take it to the dealership for an exorcism.

Sorry, sometimes I can't help myself

I here ya! I own an 3rx now, but my old 2is did the same thing while i was getting a drink from 7-11. Then, my portable gps got jacked. Of course, i could not replicate the issue to the dealer and nothing was fixed. I sold the car now tho. Hopefully it wont happen to my rx. My fingers are crossed.

A somewhat similar occurrence happened to a few LS460 & LS600 owners. One owner left his car in the driveway overnight, and found his windows & moonroof mysteriously opened the next morning after a downpour.
I'm resisting any reference to Halloween on the above...

the only possible explanation would be pressing the unlock button in your pocket mistakenly.
If I were you, I would deactivate the feature at the dealership so that you can at least eliminate that as a possible cause
