I really don’t think it’s a great idea to combine 6 generations into one thread.

combining sub hybrid forums back to main sure.

now I won’t be clicking into any threads that does not identify the generation or year in the title.

and all the past threads have no context or value now as you don’t know what model year they relate to.

 

Personally I hate it.

 

Nothing like having to search a thread to see what generation a vehicle is before you may be able to help. Hell, why not combine all Lexus automobiles........

Annoying, at least the 6th generation should be separate.

Particularly annoying as many posters don’t specify their year and model when posting.

Is forum design and organization at fault? Certainly that's part of it.

But not including model and year in the title is the fault of the forum member.

 

Disagree. I have been a member of many automobile/truck forums for many years. It is always done by year model/generation. Corvette, Camaro, Chevelle, 4Runner, GMC and Chevy trucks and F150. Either by year model (alike in manufacture design, powertrain etc.) or generation. Not this frickin mess here.
