can anyone help me locate my fuel pressure sensor on my Lexus GS 350 2007 I've tried locating it under the intake manifold but no luck. My car won't start but cranks only after waiting hours/ days then no crank but the radiator fan comes on. Had two mechanics check everything and nothing. Also the OBD scanners aren't communicating with my car starter is fine as well as the brand new battery I bought
Took my car to Lexus Dealership they originally charged 299.00 for Diagnostic, then decided to charge 799.00 cause they said it was more detailed, upon completion they told me they couldn't find the problem, my car was cranking but not starting, they suggested replacing the ECU but also told me that may or may not solve the problem, Are You Kidding Me??? Took to my mechanic, apparently it was the fuel rail sensor amazing how Dealerships like to spend your money UNWISELY!!!
Same exact issue as you. Dealership indicated there are two sensors and this one requires a full fuel rail replacement. Trying to figure out if that's true or not.

Had a no start on my car too, engine wasn’t turning over but the radiator fan was running when I tried to start it. The problem started at a body shop for a rear door replacement, they tried to trouble shoot it for a month. Towed my car to another shop for a 2nd month, he couldn’t figure it out so he recommended his neighbor shop. He said that he specializes in Lexus and Toyotas so my car sat there for a 3rd month. Countless phone calls and showing up at the shop for an update. Showed up today and asked to release my car. They decided to put a last effort before I got it towed. 1hr later, they called and told me the fuel pressure sensor went bad and needed a new fuel rail. $2,300 repair… I just approved it and didn’t bother question any further, I been out the car for 3months and I just wanted my car back. Parts were ordered today and should be shipped Friday. The repair should be completed same day. So I’m hoping that is the fix because I’m not planning to throw parts and spend more than the value of the car.
I am not sure if the fuel rail needed to be replaced or just the sensor. My thought is to replace both and not deal with it in the future. I am assuming it’s not an easy diagnose and doesnt just pop up on the scanner. I now recall the engine having a hard time starting for some time before the fuel pressure sensor went bad but thought it was the battery. Replaced the battery and symptoms was still there. Thought it would be spark plugs and got a new set but never installed it because the car was in the body shop.
Btw: Car is at 203k miles and attached we’re my codes.

From what I'm seeing there's the fuel pressure sensor behind the intake manifold as shown above, pressure sensor in the gas tank, pulsation damper on the high pressure fuel pump, and then another damper on the left side of the fuel rail. Seems like the sensor shown above is almost always the one failing.

to get to it easily, you’ll need to take off your intake manifold and you’ll need a 22mm wrench I believe to take it off, don’t bother with a ratchet it won’t fit. Don’t loose your aluminum crush washer when reinstalling, it is loose and will fall off.
