Picked up a GX this weekend too. 2014 Premium CPO and I'm diggin' it.

Traded in my 2015 Escalade for it which looked nice and was quite quick (and loud) with the tune and cat-back exhaust I installed, but just flat out garbage as far as reliability and fit and finish goes. Was in the shop every month or 2 for various electrical nonsense.

The GX is SOOOOOOO much smoother and more solid feeling. Feels the way a luxury car should. Escalade just felt like the tarted up Tahoe it was. LOL.

Replaced all the yellow/halogen interior and running board bulbs with Philips Vision LEDs over the weekend. Looks MUCH better now, but not quite as bright as I was expecting.

I'm OK with not so bright on the visor lights and the running boards, but was hoping for a little brighter on the dome/map lights. Oh well, it'll do for now.

Front windows were never tinted, so I'm getting those done (hopefully) tomorrow. 18% front with a layer of 35% or 50% (whatever matches the front better) over the factory tint in the back. I've always used a shop that does 3M tint, but I'm considering trying out the FormulaOne Pinnacle tint. I've heard nothing but good things about it, and the nano-ceramic properties claim to offer higher levels of heat reduction than the 3M stuff. We'll see. I'll throw up pics once it's done.

I have F1 Pinnacle tint on the front side windows. 30% if I recall, it matches the rear side windows nicely but not 100% matching. Legally, we can't tint the front side windows too dark.

Nice. Looks good for sure.

The shop that I always use for the 3M I've put on all my previous vehicles quoted me over $100 less to do all the windows than the shop that installs the FormulaOne, so 3M it is! Never been unhappy with their stuff, and the $100 I save will pay for a Husky Liner for the cargo area.

Thanks, me too! Was looking at 3 or 4 different GXs and decided on this one because it was CPO and I LOVE the F-Sport wheels. If I had bought any of the other trucks without the F-Sports I would have ended up buying a set anyway, so that saved me $1500.

Wow....That 'Slade looks hawk. I love the wheels, color, and dual tips. I hope you don't take a big "bath" with it.

My siblings currently have 2 'Slades and one @60k miles and the front struts went out, leather seats and interior parts are falling off at 48k miles. the other with about 30k miles and need to replace all wheels due to chrome peeling off.

I also love the FSport wheels on the GX.

Yep, not even a week old and we have changed the color of the OEM wheels.

I used the Sylvania LED bulbs for the domes and they are outstanding. Brighter than OEM and the perfect color.
