Default Do 20x9 +38 wheels fit?

Hi guys!
I found a great deal on a set of wheels+rims. I'm just wondering if they would fit my 08 ES350.
Wheel Size: 20" x 9" offset 38
Tires: 245/35/20

Any input would be much appreciated!!
Thank you!!!

You can defiiirely run 20x9. I'm going to be staggered 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 soon.

Just one concern, with a 9" width wheel and +38 offset I'm not sure if it will clear the stock shocks/struts, otherwise you may require spacers. Correct me if I'm wrong though.

wow! I just sold a set of 18" because I think they look too small on an ES ( my car is not lowered). Make sure you post some pics!!

That's what I'm afraid of. I really don't wanna have spacers involved...

We'll see how 18's look, but this is the set up on 17s.

That's one nice looking ES! It sure looks great and unique!! 18"s looked small on my car probably because mine is not lowered.
