Default Aero stabilizing fin f sport

AERO STABILIZING FIN F SPORT:

Does anyone have a copy of the the template for the location of which to install these Aero Fin's

I had thought i had made a copy, but i cant seem to find it anywhere , and now that i had body work done on my car, they were removed..

so i dont want to wing it for where there location is as i paid good money for them.. and yes, i want to put them back on.

hopefully someone has a .pdf or some sort of scan of the page :-\

Thanks in advance...

Thats a JDM part so will be hard to get a copy of instructions or template. If it was a USA accessory I could try to find it in TIS for you but its not.

It defies logic as to why these cost almost 3bills yet alone make any aerodynamic impact on a car. At that price I do hope you find the correct mounting template.

I can see the fins promoting clean air separation at the rear. Our cars have them on the bottom and at the front mirrors as well as rear tail lights. Many other manufacturers employ them as well. No way they're spending R&D money on this just for the heck of it.

Maybe the template below can help you. I suspect you can roughly locate per below. Exact millimeter precision probably isn't a huge factor here:

Whatever it cost even with purposeful r&d those fins will have zero performance gains over a stock IS without them. They'll look cool but it's an aesthetic mod and nothing less!

Guys,

I think some of you are being too harsh. I can say that I don't like the fins and I even told my friend to remove his fins, but this doesn't change that this guy needs help installing these fins. Anyway either help him or respect his choice.

Haha, I think your right. The fins are no less dumb than canards on the front bumper, a trunk lip spoiler or a rear diffuser that won't do a thing unless your doing 150+ mph.
