Quick question, those who swapped out their front emblem with the black pearl one, when you received it, was the black pearl circle part lifted a little bit from the black background part on the sides to where you could see the tape or whatever underneath, I feel like it should be flushed but my mechanic said this could have been from it being in the sun. The picture below shows what I mean. Those who have had it on their car for awhile, has the sun caused any damage or lifting ? Please let me know! <br >

 

i don't have a photo of mine but the back pearl on the front is all speckled from bugs, rocks debris however my r rear looks OK

 

I just received mine about 3 days ago. Looked nothing like it man.

 

Yeah I put a clear coat on mine, is yours lifted a little bit from background?

 

So yours wasn't lifted on the sides like in the pic?

 

It doesn't sit flush like i hoped also, but neither is it lifted like your picture. Ill try and snap one of mine.

 

You put it on already? So you don't see any of the tape underneath? Try and send me a pic. I went ahead and put mine on I wasn't gonna be driving around with no emblem ha it looks good tho you can't really tell I was just worried if the sun would make it worse.

Oh you wanted the black part to be flush with the grill circle huh? I like the way it sticks out tho cause it's like a 3 layered figure you know ha but thanks for the pic I'll try and compare it to mine
