Unhappy Service Menu: what are HANDLE and DEST check mean?

When I use SIDE VIEW CAMERA or BACKUP CAMERA, the screen shows SYSTEM NOT READY. After this issue, I go to SERVICE MENU, I found CHECK for HANDLE and DEST. Could anyone here recommend any solution for HANDLE and DEST check in service menu? Is there anyway to upgrade firmware of INTUITIVE PARKING ASSIST ECU? Thanks you.

Camera setting in service menu

During driving, some buttons are not working. Sometimes work and sometimes doesn't work!

I believe that would be on purpose, as they don't wont you focused on adjusting settings while driving (or the car is moving).

U0293 is a communications issue code. You likely have a connection short or a faulty module. I suspect the cameras are USB based and probably connect to the display through some kind of video interface unit. No idea about the wheres and hows though. Knowing more probably requires access to the Technical Reference manuals and/or the Toyota diagnostics software.

Unlikely to destroy, but may cause other random issues. Just like if you use a USB device on the computer and the device is malfunctioning and can't connect, the computer is not damaged and it may run fine, or it may have some small odd behaviours.

NO, I am not a Lexus engineer, nor is, I doubt, anyone here. I can't imagine it bursting in to flames, but you have posted the same question over and over. It was my computer that burst into flames....
