Default Jump start trouble

I have a 96 Toyota Aristo (live in japan). Needed a jump because the battery died while on deployment. Guy that was jump starting me connected his end of the cables in the opposite position than I had. I corrected the problem and tried to start my car...engine would turn over but not fire up. After replacing the dead battery I still have the same issue. Engine will turn over, but not fire up. I've checked the fuses by the battery and none seem to be blown. Tried the ECU reset by disconnecting the negative battery lead for 10 mins, still nothing. Is there anything else I can try? Not getting any crazy lights on the display panel.

Check the main power relay fuse. It's not a blade fuse, it's screwed in. Should be a wire directly connecting that from the battery.

What's this thing supposed to look like? Is it in one of the fuse boxes with the other relays ?

I'm trying to find pictures but it's in a fuse box under the hood not inside the car. I think this might be relevant:

I can't find the diagram either but there should be a main power fuse which is 60 amps.

the efi relay....

my car did the same... engine wud behave like a jammed engine... the nect day it wud jus turn over n not start any at all.... the next day it started...

after u put back computer in car... let it sit with the ignition on for about 5 min....... switch off and then start.....
make sure that when u switch on the ignotion.. ur dash should likght up, u shud see the check engine ligh for a few which should then go away...
..

u can also go to the consult n bring connectors te1 n e1 ( if i rem corectly) to see if the computer is throwing any codes...

I could potentially provide you the diagrams for the fuse box under the hood. Can you read Japanese? Not sure how different the US Model GS300 / JZS147 is.

I do read a bit of Japanese. I circled the main fuse but the alternator fuse on the bottom is a suspect too.
