was wondering, what if no drop on car, would it still need fender mod?

my dream wheels.. the things ill do to make that fit my IS300. too bad when you say "trade stock wheel" isnt meant for the 1st gen owners =[

what kind of fender mods will be needed for the back? shaved? and also what about the front, any fender mods?

shaved or roll, doesn't matter.
the front, you can't modify the 2is's front fenders.
