Rattling Dash?

Rattling Dash?
i got a 92 es 300 special edition or limited edition but i noticed a rattling when i drive on some bumpy roads or bumps period. it sounds like its comming from the dash where the windshield vents are what can it be and how can i fix it

i just checked its not limited edition but the mats say aanniversary edition on them.
i think the difference is that the lexus amblems are all gold and where it sais es 300 it sais it in silver though and the rims are different than what the stock rims would come with and has extra floor mats and has another part where you can put navigation seperatly but i think thats in all the other es models and has a 6 disc cd changer in the trunk. and the paint is different i think, its diamond white when you wash it, it sparkles as if its a custom paint job.
no pictures right now.....its in its worst condition ever, car hasnt moved in 2 yrs and has been sitting around no1 washingit or anything but since the car is going to be mine now i am deffenitly going to cherish it, once i detail it real good and bring out the paint then i'll post some pictures.

ok, pics are here now, been working on the car for hours, i dont know if its the tires or is it that the car has some power but when i hit the accelerator somtimes hard while turning or even going str8 it peels out which is kind of cool since a lexus is not supposed to do that i think. but heres pics of the car i need to know how i can make the rims look better though they look horrible and how i can fix up those scratches?

yea i can careless of those rims too but i dont have money so im trying to make the best out of what i have, i tried that degreasing crap it worked a little but not what i expected. car has 59 thou on it.
slamming the dash will work for the time being but when i put my system in there with 2 12" or maybe one 15" and 2 12"s the hole car will rattle, prob the dash the most and outside the door panels where the other tone of paint is, u just hit it lightly and it vibrates as if someone forgot to put another screw.

I can't spin my tires on my es or maybe its just the traction control and the 9"-9.5" wide tires that need a lot more to spin than a 3.0 liter. I think the color code is the same pearl white as all the es's it looks the same as my 90 es250 and my 97 es30 but those rims are one of a kind. You should post some interior pics too and let us see if there is anything else that makes it special.

o yea and do we have governers in our cars, no right? i can hit 140? with out anyhting stopping me right.? cuz in my mom altima i hit 119 and wont let me go faster than 119mph, its the 2.5 if anyone is wondering.
