HI guys
I have sets of LS600 headlights and fog lights on the way. Has anyone switched to either or or both?
The sell the conversion harness.. which do you use and does it keep all the functionality? Also I am not even sure I know what is for what lol
so say I am looking at a passenger side headlight.... we have the 3 at the top what are those...? And the big one at the inner right corner.... and then there seems to be 2 rectangular spaces beside that.. one seems to hold the turn signal what about the outer one? Also the so called parking light seems to floating the middle there some place?
Ok the harness is not the biggest issue here... so we have 3 led projectors. at the top... the high beams which is the big projector at the bottom, I assume that also functions like DRL/high beam like our 460 cars? So I think the easiest mod would be put in bixenon projector in place of the halogen. That would be the least complicated I guess? And the turn signal bulb is weirdly in the middle. Is there another bulb beside it? Hard to see from photos. If someone has done bixenons on lexus ls600 do share what bixenon set up you went with? Thanks
also if someone can confirm the lexus 600 hi beam is also DRL?
I have LS600 headlights and the hid projector fog lights on my LS460. Hit up Kyoei USA for the adapter harnesses for the headlights. Roughly $250 or so. The fogs are easy to hardwire in. You will need the fog light brackets as well, or fabricate your own. The swap is easy if you have all the right parts!

I have fog light brackets , but i need the instructions for the installation. Do you have it ?
Just ignore sdls, I don't think I've ever seen him actually contribute anything useful lol
Those look sweet! I would try and get a shop manual for your car and see how the headlights are wired, I think the LS 460 manuals have the LS 600 in it too. I have a shop manual for 07-09 but it's just a giant pile of PDFs, I could share with you if you'd like.

The LS600 fogs are way bigger on the back side and also heavier because of the hid components. I didn’t use the brackets on mine, I fabbed up my own.

Do you mind taking photos or maybe measurements so I can have some brackets made? I am trying to get stuff done before the lights arrive, save time. Thanks guys if yu guys made your own brakets do post photos thanks
first one arrived, after a not so detailed cleaning with Koch chemi mzr.
so I see how the wiring is now, 4 wires black and red for the HiD and blue and whatever for the LED. So the easy way and neat way for me to do this is to depin the wires. Solder seal them to separate 2 wire connectors like you can get from vled.com and this one came with a rusted hid ballast, but I think I am going to pick a good quality led and go with that, less power, easier on the wires, I won’t have to F around with relays etc.
also I can also easily connect the led portion to strobe lights which in the current set up is in the housing of the halogen fogs from the previous owner
