Looks similar to my plugs the last time I changed them. In my case, I can confirm that it was the tube seals that failed. I discovered this one week before my CPO was up & the dealership covered the repair.

You know, I could be wrong due to the lack of oil on the porcelain. I'd like to hear what Lance has to say on this one.
Thanks for the replies, no issues with the car. Just changed them out as I'm not too sure when they were last changed. I'm guessing these are considered worn. Car has 140,000kms on it.
One observation is they were not tight enough thus what appears like oil up the threads but it's actually combustion gasses condensed. Everytime I've seen this it is because the crush washer is barely crushed. In short; turn until they stop.
