As one of the (fairly) old-timers here, that new grille reminds me of what they did back in 1972, with the Ford Torino.

And to further clarify, no turbos do not apply consistent pressure to the engine. They only do so under load, such as when accelerating. When lightly-loaded, the wastegate or diverter valve is often fully open, meaning there's no boost whatsoever. Combine this with the lower compression ratio that most turbo motors have, and there is actually less stress on the engine under many conditions.

The crazy high hood though... that is bad. So are the vertical tailpipes on the ST. The circular ones on the standard model are also dated. They should just offer the rectangular ones on the Limited/Platinum across the board. Black plastic connecting the taillights appears cheap. Losing the gearshifter is also a great loss for those who want to rest their right hand on something during extended drives.
