I agree except for the price difference which will likely be more than $30,000.

A little off-topic, but did you watch the film "Thelma and Louise"? At the end, running from the law, in order to avoid capture, they drive their 1966 T-Bird convertible off a cliff.....with them in it. My late father had a similar 1965 hardtop.....beautiful car. I got to drive it many times.

The Audi Q8 will have the Audi Q grill surround the is "3D" for the grill frame. I think that's pretty different from the body colored panels the separate the Ford Grill/headlamp areas.

I kinda like it. They took away my favorite part of the Edge, which is the long taillights in the back.

I kinda don't like how they make Ford look like European cars.

We'll see about that. Generally speaking, people don't buy American cars for the long haul like they do Toyota or Honda's. But think about it this way, when you get your big 20% discount off MSRP on your American vehicle, how many times can fix the vehicle with the savings? And if get lucky, you then just pocket the money

Might be because of Pedestrian impact-standards. A high roofline helps prevent people from being tossed back, over the hood, into the windshield.
