I did these on my car also.

The rears were plane and boring. So I put a black F-sport sticker in the middle i picked up off amazon.

Fit and finish is great because its OEM Lexus part, It is not from aftermarket.

Thanks for your sharing and guiding specONE!! Now, I wanna DIY manual rear view mirror change to auto dimming rear view mirror, but do you know where can I get the wire? I think just need to connect ACC & Ground, right?

wouldn't know how to help you there. I think all American LHD cars came with Auto Dimming rear view mirror from factory.
you might be lucky and it be plug and play for you? harness just hanging awaiting for you?

Thanks for your replying! Actually I wanna buy this mirror for my vehicle. The problem is I don’t know which two [points] is for +/- wires on the mirror. I am very sure that the + wire connects to parking senor wire.

I got the aftermarket animated ones from ebay. not as bad as I thought It would be. but for the price it wasn't bad

The only problem is I don’t have any harness for mirror.
