Hey, it's been awhile and I haven't heard anything from you. Have you sent the parts? Do you have a tracking # for me? I'm kinda in the dark about all to this...

 

I never got my parts either or a tracking number. When I call weny no answer no answer to my pms no reply to my voicemails. What did you buy from him?

I ordered some headers from him about 3 weeks ago. Got my items exactly as described, packaged very well. Hope you all are just having a mix up.

 

Hopefully Weny is on vacation in HI with no phone or internet access. If I dont recieve a response by 28 days after my payment Im going to issue a charge back with Paypal after 30 days Paypal assumes Irecieved theitem and close the case. Weny can you please pm me or call me

 

EDIT Weny had back surgery and was in the hospital he should ship out our parts soon

 

Contacted paypal no hood still

 

Still no items received (over 1 month...)

Sucks that he had surgery...but I had sent him the money long ago, and he responded that he got it and would ship it the following day.

So did something happen that very next day that prevented him from shipping the item?

Also, it would have been polite/considerate to at least give us some insight on what was happening.

I know CL is low on the list of people's priorities...but still...

 

Yea it sucks. I hope I get the hood or atleast my money back. Im waiting on the hood to put my car in the shop to get painted with some other parts. A call would be nice I paid him in a timely manner 5 minutes

 

Can a MOD please step in and try to contact Weny. His phone is now disconnected and paypal isnt helping with a refund. It sucks im out of the hood now and the money

You could probs find this guy; with all the work he's had done, a little hunting could uncover the shop(s) where he had work done.... he deserves a visit.

 

$3,000 is felony grand theft. call the police and let them track him down.

 

Im gonna give Weny the benefit of the doubt since he had back surgery. I have some Federal agent buddies who got transferred to his neck of the woods. If he indeed scammed me and Paypal doesnt refund my money The FBI will be knocking on his door in Annapolis where he lives right off of the Cheasapeake Bay bridge. He seems like a stand up guy. Married 2 kids boy girl under 10. He works at a Real estate Title company. I have a picture of him for ID aswell. Internet fraud is a Federal offense because its inbetween state lines. Its also Felony Grand Theft. Im just waiting for Paypal to give me the green light to prosecute and pay Mr Weny and Kim a visit with his local Federal law agents and some of my buddies.
