Well the CEL is lit. My scanner read only one code, P0125. Insufficient coolant temp for closed loop fuel control. The engine temp was in the normal operating range. Would this possibly be a temp sensor issue? The car is an 02 with 98k on the clock.

 

My first suspect would be the thermostat is stuck open. Easy fix, less than $50 if you do it yourself.

 

You may want to check the ECT sensor and check also if the connector is not corroded.
